my favorite chrismas portraits

I am just getting back into the swing of post Christmas schedules. My little ones are back to school and my very little ones are enjoying some time and space at home. These were some of my favorite pictures of the holidays.

I had a wonderful time this morning with Hallsville 4H club. It was a delight to photograph that magical moment when the children share their wishes with santa. Child portrait work is always great fun, full off wonderful surprises and special people. This session was a unique opportunity to capture a talented performer ready to hit the stage.

Elliot is the other half of this fantastic duo. He had a rare storytelling talent that kept me entertained for the entire session.

This month has been full of emotional moments and exciting ventures. My 'baby boy' started school; much more traumatic for me than him. I was also asked to cover the wedding of a good client, which has led me unexpectedly into the world of wedding photography. I am really excited to document such a special occasion.

Almost six months on from his last photo session and this little guy grows even more handsome. Now strutting around the studio on two feet, still fascinated and excited by the studio equipment.




This time the girls get some special time together. Clara was a little star infront of the camera; a totally gleeful smile and lots of love for mommy.
